1. How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address and the number of items in your order. You’ll see the exact cost during checkout once you enter your address.
2. Where Do We Deliver?
We ship to addresses across the United States and select international destinations.
3. Transit & Handling Time
Orders are processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days after purchase (this is our processing window). Once shipped:
- Domestic shipping (U.S.) typically takes 5-10 business days.
- For international orders, transit time may be 7-15 business days, depending on destination.
4. Multiple Address Shipping
We currently do not offer shipping portions of the same order to different addresses. If you need items delivered to multiple addresses, please place them as separate orders.
5. PO Boxes / Military / APO / FPO Addresses
Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes, Military APO/FPO addresses.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)
- Items shipped from the U.S. to international destinations are shipped DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid.
- All customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We do not collect VAT or import duties at checkout.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status and estimated delivery date.
